Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate termination of your account.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active pkrpet account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. pkrpet employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrpet login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. pkrpet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkrpet support immediately by contacting us via the details in Section 15. pkrpet will take prompt action to secure the account upon receiving such notification.
pkrpet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity documents including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. pkrpet reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified via your registered email address before any such fee is applied. The inactivity fee will not reduce any balance below zero.

All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game restrictions, and expiry periods that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must generate a total of ten times its value in cumulative qualifying wagers before a withdrawal request can include those funds. Real-money funds deposited into your wallet are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion.
pkrpet reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a user has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using software to manipulate bet outcomes, placing risk-free hedged bets across multiple outcomes to meet wagering requirements, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms. Repeated abuse may result in permanent account closure.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkrpet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkrpet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may close your pkrpet account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method after applicable KYC checks are completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
pkrpet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or any regulatory requirement necessitating account closure.
